Here's the 30 seconds recap...

Wicked Hunger

Born with an insatiable hunger for pain and suffering, Vanessa and Zander Roth struggle to hide the truth of who they really are. Keeping their secrets becomes even harder when Ivy Guerra arrives and stirs their hunger into a frenzy. Will their need to feed on other’s agony turn them into villains, or can they somehow find a way to become the heroes of their own dark story?

Wicked Power

Even after Vanessa and Zander Roth barely survive the Eroi’s attempt to expose them for what they are, they aren’t safe. Sitting balanced on the edge of impending death and unthinkable power, they must turn to the Godlings for help. Their help requires payment, but neither of them knows the true cost. Will David’s training create villains,as they fear, or can they discover their true purpose?

Wicked Glory

Forced with holding up their end of an impossible bargain, Van and Zander must choose between playing it safe and risking everything. Freedom seems impossible, but can they hold onto who they are long enough to survive?

1.      Have you always loved books?
Absolutely! Before I could read, my mom would read us stories like the adventures of Sherlock Holmes.
2.      What do you do when you are not writing?
Clean teeth, watch my kiddos’ soccer games, camp, hike, play video games with my hubby, watch movies and Supernatural. Dibs on Dean J
3.      Do you have any advice for aspiring authors?
Don’t be afraid to share your work with someone you trust. It’s an important part of the writing process, one that can save a scene or an entire book you’re struggling with.
4.      Is being a writer a curse or a gift?
When I get too obsessed with it, it’s a curse, and I’m trying to be better about that. As a form of stress relief, it’s a gift for me.
5.      Do you prefer silence or some noise while you write?
Just depends on how difficult of a chapter it is. When things are going well, I like music. When something is driving me nuts, I need silence.
6.      What do you typically drink while writing?
Water usually. Dr. Pepper if things aren’t going well.
7.      What challenges have you had in regards to your writing life?
Not letting it take up my whole life. Keeping things balanced is incredibly hard for me, as I tend to be a bit obsessive about things.
8.      When did you first start and when did you finish your book?
The first full book I wrote was when I was fifteen or sixteen-ish. It probably took me a year or so, and it was absolutely awful. It’s hidden away now.
9.      If your book is made into a movie, which actors/actresses do you envision playing the parts?
Hmm… let’s see. For Van, I’d go with Saoirse Ronan. For Zander, Alex Pettyfer. For Oscar, Ryan Gosling. For Ketchup, Tom Welling, who else?
10.  What does your protagonist think of you? Would he/she want to hang out with you?
Van and I would get along. Zander, I think he and my husband would get along pretty well.
11.  What has been the toughest criticism so far?
LOL, that would undoubtedly have to go to the first seven chapters of one new books, Shark Out of Water. It’s the second book in my Date Shark Series, and the initial responses to Guy Saint Laurent were largely not pleasant. He came off as a big fat jerk, and because of that, I lost track of how many times I rewrote those beginning chapters. Now, everyone who’s read the final version adores him as much as I do. Beta readers are life savers.
12.  What has been the best compliment?
One of my beta readers recently told me that when she has some down time and wants a comfort book to read that’s good quality too, she picks up one of mine to re-read. Having anyone tell me they’ve read one of my books more than once is always a huge compliment, but having her tell me this really meant a lot.
13.  How did you come up with the title?
Initially, there were only three books planned for this series, but as I got about 2/3 through this book, I knew I wasn’t going to be able to wrap it up. Originally, I had planned for Wicked Glory to bring them to their final, well, glory, basically, and end the series, instead, it actually turned out to mean something rather different, and infinitely more accurate.
14.  Will there be a sequel?
There will be a book four for sure, and I’m pretty sure that will be it. I’ll keep everyone updated!
15.  What project are you working on now?
The next project I am determined to finish is Invincible, the third and final book in The Aerling Series. I’m also exploring a few new projects in dystopia, ghosts, fighting and tattoos, and planning the releases of Memory’s Edge and Torino Dreams, both new contemporary romances.
